Mervyn Cooper Retires

It's a pipe and slippers for Mervyn Cooper as he retires once again, after working the last 2 years at Morfa Bay. Prior to 2009 Merv had worked at Morfa Bay for 18 years. He decided to retire in October 2008 but he persuaded himself to put in a bit more service at H.M.S. Morfa.

Finally though he has hung up his boots. Merv, his partner Rae and Rocky are moving to Plymouth and everybody at Morfa Bay and the Springwell wish them all the best in their new life down in Oggy land.

Merv is seen having a final run ashore with his oppos at the Springwell.
