Stroll, scurry or scamper and help save lives at sea with the RNLI | Welsh Icons News: "The RNLI Summer Series fun run events have proven a big hit across the country, so the charity that saves lives at sea have organized extra dates across south and west Wales for those who missed out the first time round.
The RNLI are looking for runners and strollers to take part in a sponsored 10K and 5K fun runs at Pendine Sands and Newport Sands this August. RNLI runners and supporters will be ready at the running line at Newport Sands on 18 August at 6:30pm; and the fundraising event at Pendine Sands, which was originally planned for 31st July, will now take place at 11am on Saturday 27 August."
