We’re talking about EcoVelocity, the green motor show taking place at London’s Battersea power station today and over the weekend.
If it sounds like an event full of people in green corduroy trousers discussing how many mpg they get from their Toyota Priuses, then don’t panic. It’ll be more fun than that.
For starters there will be some impressive green supercars on show, such as the Bluebird electric land speed record car.
Bluebird had a disappointing summer after a crash at Pendine Sands in Wales but the team won’t give up easily and one day they’ll triumph. And Bluebird looks fantastic."
